Who processes your data

The data controller is TEQSTURA laser hair removal studio, 22 Merab Kostava St, Tbilisi (“we”). For any question about personal data write to tbilisiepil@gmail.com or call +995 585 10 85 85.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

What we collect

When you send a form on the site: your name, phone number, the zone or zones you chose, the page language, the address of the page the request was sent from (including advertising tags in the address) and the time of sending.

When you message us on WhatsApp or call: your number and the content of the conversation.

The site does not use advertising cookies and does not collect data about you in the background. If we add web-analytics services, we will say so here.

Why, and on what basis

To contact you about your request and book a free consultation — on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request before a service agreement.

To remind you about a visit and, if you agreed, to tell you about the studio’s offers by phone or WhatsApp — only on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw it at any time: reply “stop” in the chat or email us.

Who we share data with

A request from the site reaches us by e-mail through a technical form-delivery service; conversations run through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms); the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These services process data only to deliver messages.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own advertising.

How long we keep data

Request data — for as long as it is needed to contact you and book a visit, but no longer than 12 months after the last contact, or until you withdraw consent. After that the data is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to tbilisiepil@gmail.com — we reply within 10 working days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (pdps.ge).

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page with the date of the update.
